Changes: I'm making healthy lifestyle choices
Since being diagnosed, thru surgery and treatment, I made a vow to myself to make healthier lifestyle choices. This includes not only my physical health and eating right, but also more focus on my spiritual, social and emotional health. I am working hard to make myself a much higher priority than I have done in previous years. I am making certain that I am also making time for my regular exams. I am a survivor and I intend to remain Cancer free!
