OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees, officers, directors and agents (and their immediate families—parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Susan G. Komen for the Cure (“Sponsor”), Ask.com, PowerPact, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win.

To Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 1/4/10, and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 3/31/11 (the “Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes: 1) Visit www.iamthecure.org and follow the directions to complete and submit the quiz to receive one (1) entry. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 3/31/11 to be eligible. Or, 2) to enter without completing a quiz, hand-print your full name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with first class postage affixed to: I AM THE CURE Breast Health Quiz Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 334, Midlothian, VA 23113. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 3/24/11 and received by 3/31/11. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, and per household regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person or email address or household after the first entry received from that person or email address or household will be void. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from users having the same email address, the authorized account holder at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries made by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Drawing: Potential winner will be selected by an independent judging agency in a random drawing held on or about 4/4/11 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner selected. If potential winner is at least 18 but not of the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein and accompanying him/her on the trip as his/her guest.

Prize: A trip for two to the 2011 Susan G. Komen Italia Race for the Cure® in Rome, Italy, which will take place in May 2011 (exact date to be determined by Sponsor). Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Rome, Italy, five (5) days and four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), the opportunity for winner and guest to participate in the Susan G. Komen Italia Race for the Cure® in Rome, Italy scheduled to take place in May 2011 (exact date to be determined by Sponsor), and $500 spending money for the winner only (to be awarded as a check in the winners name). Approximate Retail Value is $4,000.00. Actual value of the trip may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports and visas, and any other necessary travel precautions, such as inoculations, prior to travel. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s and/or Ask.com’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s and/or Ask.com’s choice. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must comply with all Race rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. If, for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide any portion of the prize, no compensation or substitution will be provided for that portion; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The winner and guest will have the opportunity to participate in the Race if they wish to do so. Winner may be asked to participate in interviews conducted by Sponsor or its designees in connection with the Race. Winner understands that Sponsor may record, photograph and videotape participation in and attendance at the Race and winner understands he/she and his/her guest may be interviewed by Sponsor or agents (collectively, “Footage”). Footage will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses and performance embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade & other purposes. Winner understands that running is a strenuous activity that may involve certain health related risks, including risk of physical injury. If winner participates in the Race, he/she must be in good physical condition and must have the physical capacity to participate in any running and other activities associated with the Race and accept all risks associated with running and such activities. Winner is solely responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes on prize and any other expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being provided including, without limitation, luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, souvenirs, and gratuities. Prize is not transferable. Prize may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except by Sponsor which reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

General Conditions: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or postage-due mail, entries or quizzes; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), web site, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the conducting of the quiz, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or web site or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, or if the sweepstakes is unable to run for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor; and in such event notice thereof will be posted at www.iamthecure.org/quiz_thankyou.aspx.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entrants, by participating, agree (a) to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its agents and the judges in all matters regarding the sweepstakes; (b) that Sponsor, Ask.com, PowerPact, LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes; (c) if selected as the winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review, approval or additional compensation.
